b) Pre-Session Intake Form (Google Forms)
Before your strategy session, I send a Google Form to help me understand your situation. This form collects:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Country, city, and province/state
- Age
- Employment type
- Debt status (yes/no)
- Salary range
- Number of financial dependents
- How you heard about me
- Your motivation for booking and readiness to participate
Purpose: This information is used solely to prepare for your strategy session and determine whether the Financial Freedom System is the right fit. It is not used for marketing, not shared with third parties, and not sold.
